To Qualify for a Return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. once notified you then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) to us.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If we do not receive a response with your chosen substitute, we will use our best judgment to select a suitable alternative.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
ExchangesWe only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange this.
Return ShippingReturn postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £20, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
