At Olfactory Candles, we take pride in handcrafting your products with care and attention to detail. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds and exchanges.

Our Promise

We aim to deliver high-quality, beautifully packaged products every time. If something arrives damaged or faulty, or you’re simply not happy, please reach out, we’re here to help.

To Qualify for a Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. once notified you then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) to us.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

• Gift Vouchers

• Bath and body products (e.g. soaps, scrubs, lotions)

• Hair care items and accessories

• Any personalised or custom-made products

• Please note that sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the transaction to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange this.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £20, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
